From late August all six sewing lines at our Taizhou workshop moved to double shifts. The programme covers 30,000 sets of 19-momme couples' silk pajamas for three long-standing e-commerce clients preparing for the Double-11 and Black Friday peaks.

The first batch of 12,000 sets ships in mid-September, with the balance completed by the end of October. Each set is cut to a ±0.2 cm tolerance on silk-tuned lines, then steam-pressed and passed through 100% needle detection before packing.

Capacity note: our peak season runs from August to October. Buyers planning their own Q4 programmes should book production slots about 45 days ahead so we can reserve fabric and line time.

In early July a third-party auditor spent two days at our factory reviewing working hours, wages and benefits, fire safety, occupational health and environmental practice across all 13 BSCI performance areas.

The audit closed with a "Good" rating — the fifth consecutive year we have held it. No zero-tolerance findings were raised; two minor observations on record-keeping were corrected on site and closed within the review window.

Buyers running their own supplier due diligence can request the full audit report together with our ISO 9001 certificate and the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate covering the fabric we use. Client-conducted and unannounced factory audits are welcome.

Responding to brand demand for a heavier hand-feel, our partner mill has finalised the 22-momme crepe satin process. The fabric keeps the drape of charmeuse while adding the weight and opacity that winter and hotel collections require.

Six "Jiangnan Landscape" digital prints — ink-wash bridges, courtyards and water towns — are now available on robes, slip nightgowns and two-piece pajama sets, with matching piping and gift-box options.

Stock patterns start from 30 pieces per style. Custom colours are dyed to your Pantone reference from 300 pieces, and sampling takes 5-7 days from confirmed artwork.
