The difference between loungewear and pajamas is whether you'd answer the door in it. Silk loungewear is cut looser and finished crisper — comfortable at home yet presentable on a video call. It is the fastest-growing silk category of the past two years, driven by couples' sets and men's sets.

Why couples' sets are worth doing

Couples' silk loungewear typically sells for 1.8-2x the price of a single set while production costs rise only about 20% (mainly one extra pattern and colorway management). Gift boxes for e-commerce, wedding favors for bridal clients, holiday editions for brands — the scenarios are ready-made.

What we can do: same fabric in two colors (one per partner), same fabric and color with two different patterns, plus embroidery of names or anniversaries on the collar or cuff.

Fabric choice for men's styles

For men we recommend 19 momme as the baseline. 16 momme reads thin and clings on male frames; 22-momme double-face satin feels the most premium but is warm in summer. So our men's sets are mainly 19-momme crepe satin, with 16-momme for short-sleeve summer styles.

Can couples' sets be ordered as men's only or women's only?

Yes. The men's and women's versions are two independent patterns — order either one, or mix ratios freely (e.g. 100 men's + 150 women's sets).

What's the largest men's size?

Standard range is M-3XL. If your market needs bigger sizes, we can grade up from your size chart with no extra pattern fee.

Can you embroider names or dates?

Yes — back collar, cuff or pocket; letters, numerals and Chinese characters all work, best within 1-8 characters. Embroidery adds 1-2 days to lead time.

Is the fabric the same as your pajamas?

Same mulberry silk crepe satin; the difference is momme and cut. Loungewear is usually 19+ momme with a looser cut; pajamas can go down to 16 momme for a closer, lighter fit.

Do you supply matching couples and family silk pajamas?

Yes. Couples' and matching sets use one fabric in two colorways with separate patterns for the men's and women's cuts, so you can order either side alone or mix quantities freely. Names, initials, dates and a short message can be embroidered, and the pair packs into a branded gift box.

Can you support a DTC or loungewear brand with its first collection?

That is the typical starting point: 30-60 sets across three or four styles, using our stock patterns with your labels, hang tags and gift boxes. Sampling takes 5-7 days and bulk 20-25 days, so a first collection can still land inside one season.
