Quotations are tax-inclusive ex-works (VAT invoice available), covering fabric, manufacturing, standard packing and labeling. Freight, third-party testing and custom gift-box extras are listed separately on the quotation.
Yes. Stock patterns ship as ready-made samples; 16/19/22-momme fabric swatches are mailed free (freight collect or to your account). Custom designs start with the paper pattern, then the sample.
Every order gets a dedicated merchandiser reporting at four milestones - sampling, scheduling, mid-production and shipment - with in-line photos. Export orders get English-language merchandising and shipping documents (packing list, invoice, needle-detection report).
