Xinlong Silk Factory has made silk pajamas in Jiaojiang, Taizhou since 1996 — and nothing else. Silk slip nightgowns and pajama sets are our core category, shipping roughly 200,000 pieces a year to sleepwear brands, lingerie brands, livestream sellers and cross-border sellers.

What makes a good silk pajama? Fabric first, pattern second, workmanship third. Here's how we handle each one, so you can judge before ordering.

Fabric: 16 / 19 / 22-momme crepe satin in stock

Crepe satin (charmeuse) is the most common silk sleepwear fabric — glossy satin face, fine crepe back, beautiful drape, wrinkle resistant. Momme (mm) is the weight unit of silk: the higher the number, the heavier and denser the fabric:

• 16 momme: light and airy, ideal for summer nightgowns and short-sleeve sets, lowest cost
• 19 momme: the all-round weight, four-season wear, the mainstream choice for pajama sets and robes
• 22 momme: heavy and luxurious, the best drape and structure, ideal for premium robes and gift boxes

Patterns: 13 stock styles, modifications free of pattern fees

All 13 styles below are production-proven, with patterns and size charts ready to order. Change the collar, sleeve or hem length on any of our base patterns at no extra pattern fee. For fully new designs from your sketch or sample, the one-off pattern fee is refunded once your first order reaches 300 pieces.

Workmanship: three details that set the grade

• Bias binding: silk frays easily — whether straps, neckline and cuffs get real silk binding decides how long the garment lasts
• Stitch tension: silk is thin and puckers under ordinary lockstitch machines; we use fine needles, fine thread and tuned tension for flat seams
• Buttonholes & needle detection: button positions checked 100%, every finished garment passes the needle detector — a must for export orders
