Xinlong Silk Factory is a pure-production contract manufacturer. We have no sleepwear brand of our own and no online store — you bring the style and the quantity, we produce to your standard, attach your label and ship to your warehouse. That has been the premise of 30 years of cooperation with brand customers.

We confirm styles, momme weight, quantity, size ratio, packing requirements and target delivery, and give an immediate feasibility and scheduling judgment - conflicts flagged on the spot.
Pick from stock fabric, or price to your nominated fabric. A full quotation with every cost line item arrives within 1 business day.
Stock patterns go straight to sample garment; new designs get a paper pattern for approval first, then one finished sample covering fabric, workmanship and packing.
You confirm fabric hand-feel, dimensions, details and packing. On approval we sign the contract, take the deposit and lock the line schedule.
6 production lines run your order; the merchandiser proactively sends in-line progress photos mid-production. In peak season (Aug-Oct), book capacity 45 days ahead.
100% inspection + AQL sampling, needle detection, steam pressing, labeling and boxing, shipped by your nominated forwarder with packing list and QC records attached.

The questions customers ask most before committing
Private label (OEM) uses our existing patterns with your brand attached - low threshold, fast start. Custom design (ODM) starts from your sketch or sample and opens a new pattern for an exclusive style. We do both: private label from 20 pcs, custom design best at 300+ pcs.
Using our stock patterns - or modifying collar, sleeve or hem on them - costs nothing. Fully new patterns from your design carry a one-off fee by complexity, fully refunded once the first order reaches 300 pieces.
No. We have no brand of our own and no retail business - manufacturing only. Your styles and patterns are never shared with third parties; an exclusivity clause can be signed if required.
Standard terms: 30% deposit on contract, 70% before shipment or against B/L. Export orders accept T/T and L/C. Sampling 5-7 days, bulk 20-25 days; in peak season book 45 days ahead.
Yes. We are BSCI-audited (five consecutive years rated “Good”), ISO 9001 certified and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. Report numbers can be verified online, and on-site audits are welcome anytime.
